16 HOURS OF SKILL INSTRUCTION

Fall Skills Futures is a specialized instructional program focused strictly on the skills involved in the game of volleyball.

Players receive instruction matched as best we can to their skill level, age and experience. All players are exposed to relevant techniques for volleying, passing, digging, attack & approach, serving and blocking.

Each Sunday is filled with exciting drills, coach feedback and tons of learning and fun.

Athletes also receive / les athlètes reçoivent:

* Pass to all Gee-Gees home games
